I had tires mounted on my bikes wheels. Tyler in the service department answered all my questions on the phone, carried the wheels into the shop from my truck, and as promised, completed the job as promised on time. He was polite and friendly, I am a happy customer!

We recently purchased a Can AM RT Limited here. The service throughout the process was the best weve ever experienced in purchasing any vehicle. All employees were extremely professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable about the model we purchased and the dealership. From sales to management to financing and parts service each phase was well explained and all questions were answered. Tri-countypowersports is the most amazing dealership in California. I just had a major repair done on my X3 witch included a torn off front wheel, bent A-ams and a frame swap. Everything from getting the X3 off the trailer to all the service work was orchestrated to perfection. Bryce in service keep me in the loop, and Matt in parts got the list of parts needed and ordered before I even got the car to the shop. The most important part of the repair is that I got the car back when promised, and was able to attend a family tradition of 20 years going to the desert for Thanksgiving. My thanks to Marco for getting it all put back together right the first time and anyone else that was involved in the repair.

Absolutely astonishing service. Shoutout to Justin and Steve. Available to speak with anytime I had questions, provided thorough explanations, and offered their take on what looks good. I know...it's subjective but getting an outside person's view is always welcomed for me.First time I came by, I had my model 3 LR lowered with mountain pass performance coilovers and camber arms. Came back to pick up my car and entertained the idea of upgrading to different wheels. Justin knows how to read a person and listens. He helped me narrow down exactly what I found gorgeous. Props to you, Justin. Thank you. I ended up ordering wheels and tires along with ceramic coating the whole car plus painting the brake calipers (what have I done...)They were never pushy nor aggressive with selling me on something. Really respectful and honest. Funny story (but not at time); I thought my first appointment would be at Fantazy in Van Nuys, which was close to my work. Found out that morning that I was scheduled at Thousand Oaks...made my way over and I'm so happy for this accidental encounter. I drive 45-55 min to their shop and I do not mind it at all because of their service, down to earth nature, and appreciation for cars. Definitely recommending them and will be returning.
